MEGT is proud to partner with
Australian Turf Club - Warwick Farm Racecourse who is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Parks and Gardens Apprentice to join their team of green thumbs.

ATC is offering longevity, stability & an opportunity to learn about the racing industry.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of training facilities and parks and gardens
Mowing, planting, hedging, and weeding lawns and other turf areas
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
Regularly attending and participating in TAFE (once a week)
Some Saturday work will be required depending on race days

Requirements:

Physical fit and motivation
Career focused and ability to commit to your apprenticeship
No previous experience is required, but you should have a strong desire to learn

Offer:

Full time PAID work

Monday

Friday, 38 hour week + overtime
PPE provided
Parking available onsite and located near public transport
Qualified tradesman who will teach and give a good grounding in the trade
A fun and engaging work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration
You will be provide with support, coaching and mentoring in all aspects of your training and employment
