Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Venue Manager & Director of Food & Beverage, the key responsibilities of this role include:

Being "Guest obsessed" while providing support and presence on the front of house areas to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and cafe & warm and efficient service is provided
Providing leadership, guidance and support to your F&B colleagues, ensuring our F&B service standards are observed providing a consistently high level of service to all guests
Set up for each service period
Familiarizing yourself with VIP and regular clients to ensure their requests and needs are met
Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service and promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general OHS practices
A 'hands on' approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide seamless service

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role within a restaurant and cafe is required
Experienced Food and Beverage attendants are encouraged to apply for the next step.
Passionate for customer service
Experience in training and motivating employees
Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation and self-awareness
