The position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions within the Melbourne branch, by issuing AR invoices and processing AP invoices.

What you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Work with the Invoicing team to ensure all set KPI's are being met
Assist Team Leader with Month end tasks in CW
Work with other departments to resolve AR or AP queries
Manage Invoicing generic mailbox and ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (agents, suppliers, customers, etc.)
Process/Finalise profit share as per agreements
Participate in meetings with the Invoicing Team
Approve local and overseas payable invoices
Autorate billing files and ensure rates are sourced from the client rate module

About You:

23 years' experience in Freight Forwarding or similar role
CargoWise One experience
Strong Financial acumen
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
