Reporting to the General Manager Technical Services we are seeking to appoint a seasoned Program Manager, experienced in managing multiple small engineering projects, driving project controls, being well planned and meeting EDL's internal customer's needs.

Contributing to the ongoing business growth and reputation, including developing scalable business processes for project management and process improvement, this role may lead multiple projects, varying in complexity, with deliverables including oversight of scopes, budgets, schedules, people resources and customer engagement.

This is a delivery focussed program leadership position that interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements.

This role leads a team of project managers and engineers to ensure successful execution of engineering projects up to $20mill.

To excel in this exciting and varied role you will;

Ideally hold a completed Bachelor of Engineering with Project Management qualifications and/or MBA
Sound Project Management skills in concept assessment, design, commissioning and handover, project value up to $20mill
Prior experience leading a large project delivery portfolio on Brownfield assets, coupled with cost benefit analysis, options analysis, and the development of business cases
Familiarity with corporate finance principles and project evaluation techniques
A genuine interest in developing project managers and engineers within and beyond immediate team through mentoring and an inclusive leadership style
Ability to work collaboratively and as a key leader, within a multidisciplined team across departments, time zones and other business units
Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills.
