As an RTO Admin and Receptionist, you will:
- Manage domestic and international student enrolments.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain student records.
- Assist in organising meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Handle general RTO administration, including document filing.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Organise engaging social events and activities.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Help maintain office tidiness and order.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the CRICOS and relevant training packaging requirements, AVETMISS
- Strong Knowledge and able to operate VETtrak and Prism
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Prior working experience in an Engineering RTO
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and database systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of RTOs and ASQArelated standards and legislation
- Experience in vocational training (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and client management skills
Salary:
$44, $72,820.38 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
Experience:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
