About the role:


  • Develop and implement financial commercial strategies that driven revenue growth and profitability
  • Support the CEO, Head of Finance, and wider senior finance team to identify new business opportunities and informed financial decisions to expand company reach
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements
  • Add value to the business by accurately identifying commercial opportunities to maintain and increase the company's strong financial position
  • Manage financial budgets, expenses and revenue and make relevant adjustments
  • Conduct in depth financial analysis to identify areas for growth and opportunity
  • Develop financial forecasts and manage the financial reporting process
  • Provide guidance and instruction across strategic financial strategies to improve business profitability
  • Keep informed on best practice and financial trends
  • Regularly liaise with payroll and external auditors

About you:


  • Track record in a commercial management role with strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts for large retail businesses
  • Results driven, strategic thinker with a passion for commercial management

Experience required:


  • CA qualified
  • Proven experience and success in a Senior Finance role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding across the retail environment and wider business operations
  • Exposure and competency within a multicurrency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field
