About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing this hands-on role is key to the successful delivery and ongoing management of brand strategy, supporting new product innovation and local area marketing.

You'll also be involved in product development and pricing, including portfolio management and menu development. Finally, this role provides general administrative and customer support for the brand's catering service offering. Work with pace, bring your ideas to the table and let's get cooking


Key Activities Include:


Strategy planning and execution

  • Actively contribute to development of the brand strategy and marketing plans to achieve sales and transaction goals.
  • Oversee the daytoday execution of brand plans across all communication and marketing channels including PointofSale, Advertising, PR, and Local Store Marketing tools.
  • Providing a variety of services using covering multiple areas of marketing including product, communications, public relations, segment/channel marketing, marketing intelligence etc.

Product development and pricing

  • Coordinate new product innovation activities, including portfolio management and maintain Core Menu items.
  • Support menu development and new designs across stores and promotional channels.
  • Conduct regular Pricing Reviews and Market Analysis to support improvements.

Local store marketing

  • Review and maintain all local store marketing materials, including toolkits, process, and internal procedures.

Marketing metrics, financial reporting and general administration

  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance across all channels identifying insights and opportunities.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor production and media budgets to forecast (including ADFUND).
  • Provide general administration and customer service support as needed. This includes but is not limited to business catering and related activities.

About You

Essential:


  • A passion for all things marketing and brand and the ability to articulate what this means across all aspects of the business.
  • Experience in digital marketing, portfolio, channel and brand management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management and creative understanding.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, taking the initiative to preempt problems or opportunities.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) desirable but not required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar industry highly desirable but not required.
