The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain a document management capability for Major Project Group's projects, meeting Vocus' internal project team and organisational requirements, its obligations to its customers, and document flow with our subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Understand the project team's internal and external document management requirements and process.
Manage document dissemination and receipt according to the document control procedures, including for technical and commercial documents and correspondence.
Enter documents into the various document systems.
Edit, reformat and rename documents, as required, to meet document management standards.
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution

Skills:

Good knowledge and proficiency of document management systems and practices
Ability to manage file techniques
Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
Knowledge in use of the Microsoft Office suite and selected job specific software such as requisite document management systems and portals
An aptitude for rapidly learning new computer software is desirable
