We are seeking an optimistic and energised team member to join our growing member success team. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment, where things are always evolving. You will be on the front line, working directly with our valued customers to provide support, advice, and motivation.

Our team is based in North Sydney, NSW. We are a flexible workplace open to a hybrid arrangement following onboarding and training.


About the role:


  • Provide exceptional member service including support, advice and motivation to our growing member base customers are at the very core of what we do
  • Engage with members on our closed Facebook group and community forums
  • Work closely with your team and other teams in the business to improve our product and service processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to provide member support.
  • Represent the company in a professional and polite manner.
  • Proactively focus on the members' needs in every interaction

About you:


  • You have an easy going and cando attitude
  • You have relevant experience in customer service
  • You have a genuine passion for helping others and improving lives
  • You have a warm and welcoming phone manner
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or similar customer service system e.g. Zendesk
  • Competent with Microsoft Office platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong admin skills you will be responsible for tasks where a high level of attention to detail & accuracy is required
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You have a willingness to learn and take on board feedback
  • A background and/or interest in nutrition or a healthrelated field is advantageous

  • We're looking to expand our team ASAP to ensure our members are receiving the level of support they deserve
  • Successful applicants will be invited to attend an initial phone interview
  • If successful, applicants will be requested to attend 12 in person interviews

From $50,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in North Sydney, NSW 2060
