In this exciting newly created role you will have the opportunity to support Zuora billing and plan initiatives.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions, working closely with sales and product development teams to understand customer needs and implement such solutions with Zuora.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the following engagements, systems/processes concurrently, Zuora Analytics, Connect and Workflow
Troubleshoot technical problems in relations to Zuora and plugins
Participate in various business/customer requirement analysis discussions and design and development using Zuora
Serve as the technical expert for solutions, maintaining documentation and advising others or underlying technology and operation
You will be responsible for scheduling, testing, and implementing significant changes to these systems if required including migrations of data in and out of these systems
Delivery and development of proposed solutions in Zuora with use of Product, Workflow, API connectors
Manage and create templates to allow for management of complex bill template requirements
Provide regular and effective progress updates to work closely with finance operations to communicate any delivery risks or issues
Analytics and analysis on data, providing insights via monthly reporting
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, or a similar related field
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, demonstrated experience with SQL would be preferred
5+ years administrative experience with Zuora
2+ years of development/implementation experience with Zuora experience is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, Rest API's
Refined organisational skills, with a meticulous approach and high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple teams and build relationships with stakeholders
A curious and inquisitive mindset
