Join Macquarie's Legal and Governance Group who provide administrative support to the Global Governance team in ANZ.

The Global Governance function supports Macquarie Group's subsidiaries (and the subsidiaries' directors) on a wide range of corporate governance processes and matters.

This is a part time 12-month contract.

What role will you play?


As the Board Coordinator you will be working closely with team members on tasks to support with the daily operation of the team.

You will be arranging subsidiary board meetings, updating corporate information held on Diligent Entities (corporate database) along with preparing ASIC lodgements.

You will also be preparing and distributing meeting agendas, board papers and meeting minutes.


What you offer

  • 2+ years experience in a company secretarial or legal team
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and navigate scheduling conflicts
  • A proactive attitude with excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
