We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time A&D Sales Manager to head our new Melbourne gallery space located in Collingwood, opening in March 2023.

We specialises in creating calm, refined living spaces with personality. Each project embraces the Studio's philosophy of considered simplicity. We are looking for the right person with sales experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with
  • Confidence to develop and maintain specialist knowledge of range.
  • Assist in the analysis and execution of the business development strategy and framework for the Melbourne/VIC market.
  • Coordinate decoration packages for retail customers.
  • Respond to trade enquiries generate quotes/orders and follow up enquiries and sales leads.
  • Coordinate and manage orders from receipt of payment to production and logistics (delivery and installation service by third party providers).
  • Aftersales service including troubleshooting and problemsolving.
  • Assist with hosting inshowroom trade evenings and newrelease presentations.
  • Showroom housekeeping and merchandising.
  • Database upkeep.
  • Provide EDM content for Instagram to align with the business sales strategy.
  • Organise samples in/out.
  • Manage sample library inventory.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving business KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to network and build relationships with both retail customers and A&D clientele.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage other staff members.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to client deadlines.
  • An appetite to succeed and identify growthopportunities for business in the Melbourne market.
  • Passion for design, interiors, and architecture, with experience in these fields, is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field and CAD experience is also highly desirable.
