Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Administration Officer to join Research Policy and Strategy, Research Portfolio, Academic Division.


The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) and other areas of the Research Portfolio more broadly.

The focus of the position is on client service, where the appointee will work in a team environment providing a support role to clients, as well as attending to administrative tasks such as clerical, executive support, and logístical duties across the Senior Deputy Vice

  • Chancellor Office and the whole Research Portfolio, as required. The position also provides backup support to the Executive Assistant to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research).
