Connect People is a privately owned Australian business supply staff within the civil, rail infrastructure, and maintenance sectors.


Connect People are seeking several civil labourersfor ongoing work on a NBN rollout project
throughout regional areas who are available for an immediate start.

Note these roles will
require living away from home, which will
attract a living away from home allowance.

$230 per day Living Away From Home Allowance for accommodation, food and expenses, whatever is leftover you keep tax free.

Key Duties:


  • General labouring
  • Heavy lifting
  • Manual handling
  • Pit & pipe
  • Digging trenches
  • Taking direction from supervisors
  • Basic use of hand tools

Skills and Experience required:


  • Previous civil labouring experience
  • Construction White card (mandatory)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Driver's license essential
  • Excavator ticket preferred.
  • Other earthmoving tickets advantageous
  • Reliable
  • Strong commitment to safety

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual


Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
