Overview:


_Are you a skilled Facilities Operations Manager passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is one of the world's leading real estate firms and is seeking a talented individual to manage a state-of-the-art shopping centre consisting of 2 majors, a cinema plus 35 specialities, located to the southwest of Ballarat, plus two other centres in Victoria._

Your Responsibilities will Include:


  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of three shopping centres and ensuring their upkeep to the highest of standards.
  • Working closely with the property management team, thirdparty contractors and tenants to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing OPEX budgets, implementing costsaving initiatives and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Once every two weeks you travel to two other centres to carry out site inspections and audits.

Your Skills and Attributes:


  • You will be a customerfacing and presentable Facilities/Operational professional with prior exposure to managing retail, shopping centres or commercial buildings.
  • You will have experience in managing budgets, implementing costsaving initiatives and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to prioritise conflicting responsibilities and keep calm under pressure is important.
  • A pleasant and courteous personality to manage contractors and tenants will be ideal.
  • A team player who is easy to get along with and sociable will see you slot right in.
