The Role

Our Government Client is looking for a Privacy Project Officer to assist in the implementation of a range of 'privacy-by-design' solutions with respect to the claims management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver prioritized data breach response activities
Receive and respond to external privacy enquiries or complaints
Implement a range of privacy uplifts to improve internal information handling

- identify trends and opportunities to develop safer approaches to information handling

Work closely with the Information and Privacy Team, providing regular updates on data breach initiatives

Key Skills:

Experience in working as a Privacy Project Officer focussing on complaints management.
Experience in working with the Privacy & Data Protection Act or the Health Records Act (is an advantage).
Demonstrated ability to draft and implement policies and work practices
Experience working with but not limited to regulators, service providers and legal advisers.
Experience working as part of a leadership team, driving business performance at an organizational level
