Directed by a local management team and ownership embedded in the manufacturing industry, this is an opportunity to play your part in a genuine success story.

We are seeking a talented finance professional with a process improvement mindset and excellent business partnering skills for this appointment.


The Role

  • Stewardship of the finance function including management Financial Reporting, Cashflow Management, Management Accounting and Tax Compliance
  • Leading a lean finance and IT team, and provide continued support through mentoring and coaching
  • As a crucial member of the Executive Management Team, provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. You will also be expected to provide insights on the impacts of capital expenditure and investments in new products
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to organise funding facilities or capital equipment finance
  • Take control of managing costs by preparing department budgets and implementing spending measures

Your Experience

  • You are a seasoned finance leader, with post graduate qualifications and will either be a CFO or a Head of Finance looking to make a step up. Extensive experience in manufacturing/FMCG organisations is highly desired
  • You will have a strong process improvement mindset in order to challenge existing daytoday operations and create & deliver automation opportunities
  • An experienced manager of teams is a prerequisite. But so is an ability to continue to challenge, mould and develop high performing direct reports
