We are looking to appoint an experienced Traffic Manager to lead and oversee the team in successful traffic management planning and implementation on our Coomera Connector Project.

This includes upgrading intersections, new three lanes each way highway construction, multiple new bridge structures and modifications to existing bridges, constructing additional traffic lanes, enhancing walking, and cycling facilities, and providing better connections for the community.


You will provide leadership and manage all traffic management activities and requirements associated with our works in co-ordination with our delivery teams and external stakeholders.

You will have the ability to collaborate with the broader Project team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes.


We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy to lead your team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes.

You will have at least ten years recent experience as a Traffic Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes in high-speed, high-volume traffic in urban and rural environments with strong commercial, program management and technical engineering skills, particularly in the traffic/transport engineering discipline.

You will also need to be a Traffic Management Design

Competent Person and a Traffic Management Implement Competent Person.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and problem solve, are also critical.
