As theCustomer Service Representative you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of all administrative & customer service duties including:
Role Responsibilities:
- Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- Handle local deliveries and pickups effectively and safely.
- Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
- Safely hand loading and unloading of freight.
What you'll need:
- Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a selfstarter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trade background, airconditioning or building industry experience highly desirable but not essential.
