The Role

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.


Our Client Services Managers are responsible for the onboarding of NDIS participants and liaising with all parties involved in sustaining & enhancing their care.

We're expanding our team and seeking

Client Services Officers to join our Client Services Managers in establishing regions and working toward our clients goals, alongside all stakeholders involved.
The role of Client Services Officer will be suitable for industry professionals such as

support coordinators, case managers, and knowledgeable NDIS individuals looking to take the next step in their career and learn the ropes in becoming a National Client Services Manager.

The role of Client Services Officers will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators, and all stakeholders who require our services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.
  • Assisting our Client Services Managers in endtoend onboarding, and ongoing monitoring for all participants in your allocated regions caseload.
  • Collaborating with coordination, recruitment, and management to ensure best outcomes for all participants.
  • Assisting in onboarding of new participants with all relevant compliance
  • Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.
  • Ongoing face to face meetings with participants to ensure service standards are upheld.

About You

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in Disability from a client liaison perspective. E.g., Support Coordination, Case Management, Team Leaders etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Personcentred focus in all communications and duties
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fastpaced environment.
  • Driver's License & reliable vehicle.
