Role Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) including arranging meetings, liaising with internal and external parties.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences with direction from the CEO and ELT as required.
- Book travel and accommodation for Board, CEO, ELT and other staff.
- Arrange events including celebrations, meetings, social events, workshops, Board meetings and shareholder events.
- Preparing and collating papers for board meetings and the annual report.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Board as required and directed by the CEO.
- Working with the Company Secretary, prepare for and plan the Annual General Meeting, including event coordination, manage invitations and RSVP lists and if required, attend the event to provide coordination support during the AGM.
- Where shareholders are required to attend meetings and events, arrange travel and accommodation as required.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Act as a point of contact with the building manager for the Fremantle support office.
- Report and follow up on resolution of any building maintenance issues.
