- Offer a proactive and person-centered approach to customer and stakeholder support and engagement
- Evaluate support needs and enhance the choice and independence of customers through expert advice
- Recognize various supports and funding options required to aid individual customers
- Provide support considering customers' physical, emotional, and intellectual capacities, as well as their right to Choice and Control, and Dignity of Risk
- Experience in Case Management or Support Coordination
- Previous involvement with the NDIS
- Preferably, a qualification in Human Services or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse backgrounds
- Effective time management and prioritization skills with a strong administration acumen
- Understanding of NDIS facets and Plans/Budgets
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and unsupervised
- Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new software
- Valid Driver's License
- Completion of NSW Working With Children Check prior to starting
- Able to obtain an NDIS Workers Check

About the Role:
As a Coordinator of Supports at Kirinari, you will collaborate actively with participants, ensuring they maximize their NDIS plans. This role entails building strong relationships with participants, families, and carers to coordinate NDIS plans effectively. Your responsibilities include identifying, connecting, and negotiating with suitable providers for quality and timely service delivery, while closely collaborating with other stakeholders in a person's care or service provision.
This role is permanent, full-time 76 hours per fortnight.
