    Start Date: Apprenticeships Commence January 2025

    Timeframe: 4 years

    Training: You'll complete a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology through TAFE NSW and the John Deere High-Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga exclusively with other Hutcheon and Pearce apprentices.

    TAFE Attendance: For the first 3 years, you'll attend 3 separate, fortnight blocks of classes each year in Wagga Wagga. To further cement your training, your 4th year is designed to provide you with the opportunity to put your learning into practice in the workshop.

    Support: You'll have a dedicated Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator to assist you throughout your apprenticeship. Additionally, there are 560 employees with diverse knowledge and skills available to lean on for support.

    Prospects: As you advance in your career, you may have opportunities for growth, such as becoming a specialist Diagnostic Service Technician, Master Technician, Service Foreman, or even Service Manager.
