Our client is a leading agency with a dynamic edge With offices located centrally in the Nowra area, this is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts who are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art technology systems.

Currently seeking a Part-time Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure and systems


The Role:

Monday - Friday, we are seeking a Property Manager to run and service a clean and tidy local portfolio.

With support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:


  • Managing your own small portfolio of 70 properties
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Conducting repairs and maintenances
  • Rental arrears management
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
  • Previous experience in Real Estate experience is highly regarded
  • High level of professionalism
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local area
  • A positive, can do attitude
