$79,334 - $86,545 per annum (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation

Terms:
Continuing (Contingent Funded), Part-time (up to 14 hours per week)

Position overview
The successful applicant will coordinate an ACT Government supported program for the ANU School of Art and Design.

You will work with First Nations partners and ANU academics to deliver field trips, workshops, events and exhibitions as part of a cultural exchange program for ACT-based visual artists and creatives.


Duties will include:

  • Working with academic staff to coordinate field trips for groups of approximately 20 people to regional areas. This includes travel, accommodation, communications, prebriefings, advertising/promotion, catering, coordination with First Nations partners, service providers, etc. There may be a requirement to travel and camp for periods of around 7 days in support of the field trips.
  • Coordinating participant briefings, workshops and presentations.
  • Coordinating workshops and development opportunities for First Nations partners.
  • Working with ANU School of Art & Design Gallery staff, coordinating the end of program exhibition each year.
  • Delivering the program in accordance with the budget specified.
  • Documentation of activities/outputs and acquittal reporting.
  • There may be occasional scheduled after hours work.
The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU.
