We are seeking a talented individual to join our client as a Bookkeeper/Finance officer who can excel under pressure and maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daytoday financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Daily bank reconciliation entries and reconcile all bank accounts
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial decisionmaking
Create new supplier accounts and edit existing
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to maintain accurate and uptodate financial information
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll in a timely manner
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Strong Financial Accounting technical skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
