Financial Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team.

We are a global beverages company on a mission to make the world a more sociable place, whilst driving business growth and profitability.

This role reports into our Assistant Financial Controller.

A day in the life:

Provide leadership to your 3 direct reports in the delivery of the team's accountabilities
Liaise with our local and offshore teams about financial report preparation
Plan, resource and critically review the team's parent company and statutory reporting
Own the relationship with our external auditors and drive effective audit coordination across both our local and offshore teams
Play a role in the reporting of significant transactions
Lead the annual transfer pricing process
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

What will make you successful:

8+ years of relevant financial reporting experience
Experience managing an annual audit process in a large corporate
An accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
A strong governance and process improvement mindset
Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, with the ability to work flexibly from home.
