Business Analysis skills:


  • Ability to understand/analyse the customer journey and process mapping for existing and new features in the solutions owned by the squad
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and system inventive thinking for business problems
  • Ability to lead and complete the desirability, feasibility and viability assessments for new features keeping 'systemic' thinking in the focus

System Analysis skills:


  • Ability to understand our technology stack, analyse technical issues, production logs, review scripts and implemented business logics or their flaws, if any
  • High confidence in analysing and estimating the technology change impact while working closely with other technology roles such as solution architects, engineers, testers, security architects, Release Leads etc.

Technical skills:


  • Transaction switch experience (Preferably Authentic)
  • Must have knowledge on transaction life cycle
  • Must know ISO8583/AS2805 msg formats, Schemes
  • Mastercard VISA.
  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
  • A good handle on production monitoring tools for example Splunk, and able to analyse production issues as and when they are raised.
  • Ability to support squad(s) in successfully delivering agile releases through to production environments by taking accountability for the system stability, quality and feature completeness.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Writing simple and Complex SQL queries.
  • Experience in working on Linux server.
  • Experience in working on IntelliJ, WinSCP, Putty.
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow.
  • Experienced with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
  • Good to have experience in tools Udeploy.
  • Incident Management and resolvance for production support.
  • Strong interest and grasp of technical concepts and practices.
  • Experience working handson within crossfunctional, continuous delivery software engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Endtoend delivery and Support experience of complex system initiatives, including: Dependency management,Change impact analysis
