What you will bring

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HSE capacity, ideally within both site and corporate environments working across a diversified portfolio
Tertiary qualifications in OH&S
A high level of oral and written communication skills (including developing of HSE management system documents)
Ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities
Ability to negotiate, influence and implement change
You are process and solution orientated with proven experience dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience facilitating risk assessment and/or other HSE workshops
Experience conducting high level incident investigations and reports (Competent in TapRooT and/or ICAM methodology)
OHS Systems Auditing qualifications (desirable) Certificate IV Assessment and Training (desirable)
