Due to our global expansion the Customer Service Manager will play a critical role in fostering positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success delivering exceptional service and creating a customer-centric culture, whilst driving the growth of our e-learning products and achieving ambitious service targets.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Take charge of the daytoday Customer Service operations connecting with potential customers on an international scale.
  • Conduct effective overthephone/zoom meeting interviews to identify ideal customers, evaluating skills, qualifications, and behavioral traits.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through monitoring service performance and analysing trends and results
  • Actively contributing to building a strong team culture with a clear focus on the delivery of planned outcomes and the continual development of capabilities of the team.
  • Maintain and update our LM Database and social media pages. Independently manage deadlines and make strategic decisions.
