About Graymont

Our Role

The End User Support Analyst will:

  • Configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops and peripherals including network printers.
  • Provide prompt and courteous remote and onsite technical service on a localised and companywide level.
  • Investigate, prioritise, diagnose, document and resolve routine software and hardware issues.
  • Utilise trouble ticketing system (ServiceNow) to create, track and fulfil service request
  • Meet required response, service, and resolution times with consistency.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Understand the foundation of architecture, hardware, and software used by the organization.
  • Travel to various locations in APAC and maybe also to Canada and the US (25% travel requirement).
  • Accommodate flexible schedules.
  • A degree in Computer Science, diploma in IT, or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years in multifaceted support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 1011 and Office365 management.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory management, Azure and virus control software.
  • Understanding of firewalls/routers/switches and familiarity with network troubleshooting is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively with endusers of various technical skill levels.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with concurrent deadlines and to function under fast paced conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills that will allow interpretation of user needs into practical solutions within Graymont standards.
  • A valid driver license.
