The role
This Government Department is seeking an experienced Employee Complaints Officer to provide advice on employee conduct complaints.

It is a 6 months contract role with possible extensions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on the management of complaints
  • Identify and action opportunities for quality improvement and innovation
  • Analyse complex policy, undertake investigations and research to identify emerging issues, risks and trends
  • Analyse the effectiveness of policy initiatives as implemented and develop recommendations for a variety of stakeholders

Required

  • Experience managing employee complaints
  • Experience maintaining case and matter management systems
  • Ability to prepare and present detailed and comprehensive reports
  • Experience working in Public sector and/or Education sector
