The role
This Government Department is seeking an experienced Employee Complaints Officer to provide advice on employee conduct complaints.
It is a 6 months contract role with possible extensions.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on the management of complaints
- Identify and action opportunities for quality improvement and innovation
- Analyse complex policy, undertake investigations and research to identify emerging issues, risks and trends
- Analyse the effectiveness of policy initiatives as implemented and develop recommendations for a variety of stakeholders
Required
- Experience managing employee complaints
- Experience maintaining case and matter management systems
- Ability to prepare and present detailed and comprehensive reports
- Experience working in Public sector and/or Education sector
