THE CLIENT

My client is a well established global company seeking a SAP Specialist processing end to end fortnightly payroll as well as having a strong emphasis on payroll accounting.

THE ROLE

  • Fortnightly payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand


  • Payroll Accounting

  • Variance analysis, reconciliations, reporting
  • Identifying payroll discrepancies and managing the masterdata
  • Calculating terminations, remuneration and benefits, reconcile payroll tax, superannuation, holiday, etc
  • Responding to payroll queries and requests
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of legislation updates and changes

THE PERSON

  • Payroll processing experience
  • Analytical experience, dealing with reconciliations, reporting, variance analysis
  • SAP Payroll experience desirable but not essential
  • Looking for Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
  • Great communication skills written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills ability to think outside the box
  • High attention to detail
