  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimise strategies for better results.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of the recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
