The Role
As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will provide quality support and maintenance services to all clients and to the site as a whole


Your duties will include:

  • General upkeep of the buildings plant and equipment
  • Furniture fittings, garden, lawns and carparks
  • Liaising with area managers, contractors, tradespersons and suppliers
  • Reviewing reactive and preventive maintenance programs
  • Involved in property and services budgets
  • Reporting, and complying with relevant legislation
  • Provide effective management and leadership to all staff
  • Be on call for emergencies
  • Other maintenance/compliance duties as required
To be suitable for this role, you must have:

  • Have experience in the successful management of staff
  • Must have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance management
  • Qualifications in trade or traderelated enterprises or equivalent experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Understand the importance of community living
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a valid driver's license and a reliable car
