The Role
As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will provide quality support and maintenance services to all clients and to the site as a whole

Your duties will include:

General upkeep of the buildings plant and equipment
Furniture fittings, garden, lawns and carparks
Liaising with area managers, contractors, tradespersons and suppliers
Reviewing reactive and preventive maintenance programs
Involved in property and services budgets
Reporting, and complying with relevant legislation
Provide effective management and leadership to all staff
Be on call for emergencies
Other maintenance/compliance duties as required

To be suitable for this role, you must have:

Have experience in the successful management of staff
Must have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance management
Qualifications in trade or traderelated enterprises or equivalent experience
Good computer skills
Understand the importance of community living
Excellent communication skills
Have a valid driver's license and a reliable car
