An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Executive Administration Assistant (EAA) to join their dynamic and award-winning Adelaide operation.

The EAA will work closely with the Directors, Finance & Operations Manager, Associates, Administration, and staff to provide overall support to the Studio.

The EAA shall support senior staff by offering administrative assistance and support for a variety of responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage Director's diaries
  • Provide overall administration support to the Directors and the studio
  • Prepare monthly Board of Management reports for the Adelaide studio
  • Prepare fortnightly Management meeting agenda and record minutes of meetings
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office products
  • Reception support as required receive and greet clients
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Meeting room preparation and set up, including catering and AV requirements
  • Organising functions both for clients and the studio

Essential Background and Skills:


  • Similar experience in a fastpaced professional environment
  • Experience in supporting Directors and/or senior executives within a firm
  • Hands on approach and the ability to work effectively as part of the team
  • Highly proficient in Office Suite of products
  • Experience in frontofhouse duties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced time management and organisational skills
