Kalpaxis Legal is a dynamic boutique law firm located in Norwest. We practice predominantly in the area of
family law but have many arms to our firm that includes an associated
surrogacy law
practice. We also practice in the areas of wills & estates**.


Our principal,
Cassandra Kalpaxis, is a collaborative family lawyer, mediator, award-winning author - and divorce coach having recently run Australia's first ever Detox Your Divorce Retreat in Sydney and the Central Coast Cassandra is also co-director of Dispute Resolution Centre Australia working with some of the country's leading barristers, ex-Judges, mediators and other practitioners.

We are looking for a
powerhouse Family Lawyer to join our growing team on a
full-time basis.

Working with
Kalpaxis Legal, you will be supported by a team of lawyers, paralegal and administrative staff. We pride ourselves in doing law differently.

We want to talk to you if you:

  • have a passion for family law;
- have no less than 2 years PAE as a family lawyer;
- have experience in drafting Court documents and correspondence and a good command of the English language;
- have experience in Court work and with a strong client focused approach;
- work well within a small and busy team;
- have exemplary communication skills;
- can work independently with mínimal supervision;
- are computer literate - using a PC, Microsoft Word/Outlook, Practice Management Software (Smokeball);
- are accustomed to meeting KPIs and set budgets with clear and concise time‐recording on files;
- are friendly, approachable and with a positive outlook;
- are prepared to take on new tasks and to challenge yourself;
- have a Drivers Licence and your own motor vehicle.
