As such, we invest strongly to ensure the success and continued sustainable growth of our organisation, and we require an experienced and highly engaged Compliance Quality and Safety Administrator to join our Executive Team in further developing our Quality Management System.

This position is based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and has the flexibility to accommodate a bona-fide sub-contractor.


Position Objective


The role is responsible and accountable for leading and managing the NDIS Quality and Safeguards accreditation standards and other applicable and regulatory requirements across Platinum Care Services.

In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring the establishment and continuous improvement cycle of quality systems relating to operational service delivery.

Further, this role will contribute to the ongoing review and maintenance of the risk management framework, innovation and compliance, to achieve our client's desired outcomes by safe and effective, high-quality, service provision within the organisation's strategic framework.


Your New Opportunity
This role requires being a "hands-on" and active team member.


The position will initially be a fixed term contract for 38 hours per week for either an employee or a bona fide contractor.

There is some flexibility in hours and days and the possibility of the role becoming a permanent position with full benefits and security.

Standard office hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays, being a 38-hour week.

Renumeration:
$75K to $90K per year depending on experience.


Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Reporting directly to the Company Directors, this role includes understanding, contributing to and building the strategic direction of the company.
  • Integrate and direct Quality Systems across the company.
  • Implement and lead all document and data control.
  • Proactively lead all compliance, maintenance, and related activities with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards framework to ensure continued registration.
  • Lead, manage, maintain and review, the compliance of all policies, processes and systems including quality improvement, performance improvement, risk management and safety processes, across the company.
  • Organise and lead staff training by the development.
  • Develop and maintain a system to achieve a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain an internal audit program that meets quality accreditation standards.
  • Review, investigate and action all feedback (complaints, compliments, suggestions) within the appropriate delegations in a time critical environment.
  • Design, prepare and monitor Risk and WHS Plans and metrics. Then manage the daytoday duties of Risk Management systems and processes.
  • Implement, develop and maintain safety management systems.

Essential and Desirable Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in working with quality and risk management systems, preferably within a NDIS or multidisciplinary human services environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, accreditation standards and risk management processes within a NDIS/human services environment.
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of quality auditing systems and processes.
  • Welldeveloped and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft (Word) and associated midlevel proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Excel.
  • Presentation of clear outcomesdriven reporting and document management will be second nature to you.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record in areas of Quality Assurance and Compliance.
