The Role and The Client

We are on the hunt for a fabulous Admin Assistant / Front of House super star to join our clients in their high performing commercial and industrial agency.


You will be working in stunning offices right in the heart of the bustling Oakleigh precinct, with the buzz of amazing cafes, shops and restaurants right at your doorstep.


Your tasks will include managing the front reception desk and phone lines, meeting and greeting customers walking in, data entry and supporting the admin tasks related to property management.

This may be your first admin role or you bring great experience. We want to hear from you

You must be someone who is well-presented, confident, positive and passionate about customer service, along with excellent administration skills.


To be successful for the role, you would possess:

  • Previous Reception is ideal
  • real estate reception a real advantage but certainly not a must have
  • An impeccable eye for detail
  • Computer literate with accurate and efficient data entry
  • Exceptional people skills, with great communication and organisational skills
  • Have a bright and smiley outlook, providing top customer service
  • Lives locally within the South East
Salary starting range $50,000 - $57,500 + super.

This is a Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm role.
