Job Description:
We are looking for a Transitions Consultant to join our Government & Defence team in Parramatta NSW. The significant focus of this position is related to ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
This includes arranging and completing on site visits to clients residences to determine the scope and complexity of their move/transfer through inventory analysis, customer service visits, loss and damage assessments, store-house and supplier visits/inspections.
This role has a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, as a Transitions Consultant, you will be committed to delivering excellence in removal solutions.
As a Transitions Consultant, you will:
- Develop strong relationships with Providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements
- Complete on site visits to Defence members residences to determine the scope and complexity of their relocation
- Reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations with the relevant Manager
- Ensuring statutory regulations in relation to Compliance and Safety are adhered to by Providers
- Understanding the culture of key clients and ensuring swift response and resolution of any service delivery issues
- Complete relevant data entry and administration duties to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
***To be successful in this role, you will need: - Experience in a similar role within the relocations industry highly desired
- Customer service experience displaying empathy, patience and listening skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, conflict management and problem solving skills
- Well presented at all times as this role is the "face" of Toll Transitions
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to constant change
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products
- Current C Class drivers licence
