They are seeking an
Accounts
Administrator for their
Perth CBD location. This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract operating in a part-time, 20 hours per week capacity. It is anticipated that the position will commence at the beginning of October.


The role
As an accounts administrator, you will be supporting the Director and Operations Manager.

Utilising your excellent attention to detail and data entry skills, you will complete weekly reviews of billable hours via Excel, ensuring all times and coding are correct.

Your main responsibilities will include generating detailed invoices via MYOB and processing client accounts on a monthly basis. You will prepare reports for Government departments in accordance with Contractual Usage Arrangements (CUAs) every quarter.


In addition, you will handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks including office stationery orders, liaising with IT, managing kitchen supplies, and maintaining the subscription renewals register.

With your outstanding organisational abilities, you may provide occasional personal assistant support to the Director.


About you
You will have excellent prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
