IT Support Officer with an independent Australian law firm based in

Melbourne CBD, 3000. This firm provides a five star work culture, encourages a supportive environment and offers a range of benefits. This is a full-time temporary opportunity with an

immediate start until the 23rd of December.

The role:

Logging and tracking all service desk calls and walk up requests and incidents
Providing Level 1 + Level 2 IT Support to 400 employees
Maintaining the Service Desk function
Providing reports to management that reflect service desk and incident activity

About you:

Previous experience working in a similar role for a large client base
A solid understanding of PC Hardware, MS Teams, ITIL and other network technologies is highly regarded
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
A passion for providing excellent customer service
Great verbal and written communication skills
