How will I help?
As an Organisational Design Specialist, your role is to enable the delivery of organisation design and workforce management activities across the Group to embed the Operating Model.
Working closely with the HR Job Family and Senior leadership to consult and advise on the Group Operating Model and all its Constructs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively engaging and providing the HR Community and Business guidance on operating model and organisation designs to comply with the Operating Model Framework and principles.
- Enabling the delivery of organisation and job/role design and workforce management activities through coaching and implementing standardised tools, frameworks and templates across the HR Job Family.
- Supporting and coaching, where required, the delivery of Organisational Design through advice, tools, frameworks and templates to ensure the business optimise their workforce and remain within the Workforce Size limits.
- Accelerating progress towards target state vision by implementing recommendations from periodic Operating Model reviews.
- On the Job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model, including Workforce Design and Orgvue usage and diagnostic tools
- Supporting business leaders to embed and mature the Operating Model and all it's constructs and provide thought leadership to help optimise the way they operate.

What do I need?
Solid demonstrated experience in an Organisational Design role within a large and complex organisation. An understanding of operating models, data and systems.
An ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at a senior level is essential as you will work closely consulting and advising Heads of HR and Business Partners.
You will possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent professional, commercial and personal judgement with the ability to think and act strategically.
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to operate in a changing environment.What is it like to work there?
