Our client is a leading residential builder known for delivering quality detached homes to large scale projects. With continued success, they are seeking a Marketing coordinator to lead in driving EDM/Digital marketing campaigns.

OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to and working alongside management your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist and support management in the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Work collaboratively in a team to create & execute marketing initiatives & marketing strategies
Create captivating sale EDMs, promotional content & oversee distribution
Take charge of our social media presence, fostering growth and engaging our online community.
Assist in the implementation of new automated systems to enhance marketing functions

ABOUT YOU:

To be a successful in this role:

Experience in a similar role in the building industry, construction or wholesale experience highly regarded.
Minimum 2+ years' experience in marketing.
Proven proficiency in EDM design, copywriting, and creative strategy.
Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Exceptional communication skills.
Drive, creativity and self motivation.
A strong team player with a passion for collaboration.
