About the Role
We have a First Line Sales Manager position available to lead our high-performing Respiratory team, covering south west Sydney, including Dubbo

Motivate and inspire people to be accountable for the successful implementation of brand strategy, delivery of key performance indicators and sales targets for GSK's medicines through omnichannel customer engagement within the specific district
Providing leadership, coaching, infield and virtual support, guidance and operational direction to a team of eight Respiratory Sales Representatives

Previous experience and demonstrated success in leading field sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent business acumen with strong business planning capabilities
Effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people
Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution
Excellent business partnering influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
