We currently are looking for a Support Analyst to assist with our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) product. TechnologyOne's CPM product delivers a complete approach to managing customers' enterprise budgeting, performance planning, business analytics and more.


As a Support Analyst for our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) product, you will be the primary contact for Support customers using the product.

You listen to our customers' concerns and works to address issues raised in a timely manner whilst following Support processes and procedures to deliver on the defined Support KPIs.


As someone with experience using SQL Server, BI tools, SSAS, Power BI or Tableau and significant professional work experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics - you understand the value of data to help solve business problems.

You will also have a passion for data visualisation whether it's developing models, prototypes, reports or dashboards.

Most importantly you understand that your role is all about helping our clients source, transform and interpret data into actionable metrics to optimise their business.


What you'll be doing...

  • Providing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software support, including collaborating with other teams and resolver groups throughout the business where necessary
  • Perform testing support for functional, user acceptance and regression testing of new features and fixes included in new releases where required
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business implications of bugs and enhancements and influence priorities based on customer requirements
  • Provide alternative solutions to customer issues and resolve unusual and complex support requests
  • Document knowledge base articles for solutions, as appropriate, to improve first call resolution by the Support team.

About you...

  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics ie SQL Server, Power BI, SSAS, or Tableau
  • Expert data visualisation skills (ie developing models, prototypes, reports or dashboards)
  • A drive to provide a compelling customer experience
  • Experience in a high paced, customer focus environment.
  • TechOne CPM/XLOne experience would be highly regarded, but not necessary. We will invest in YOU
