Exciting 6-Month Remote Contract Opportunity for a Change Analyst
Are you a skilled Change Analyst seeking a dynamic opportunity that combines the flexibility of remote work with exciting monthly travel to Darwin? Look no further Join our utilities company on a 6-month contract starting mid-February to mid-September, with extensions likely.
This fully remote role (based in Melbourne) offers a competitive daily rate of $800 including super, with all travel expenses to Darwin covered.
Our client is a forward-thinking utilities company committed to driving positive change.As we embark on innovative projects, we need a talented Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in the team.

Change Analyst

Fully remote (Must be located in Melbourne)
Contract Duration:
6 months (mid-Feb to mid-Sept) with likely extensions
Travel:
Monthly, fully paid trips to Darwin for project collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the the Change Manager and Change team in the development, execution and adoption of the change management scoping, planning and phased rollout across the company and other key project touch points for core systems, in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Help develop a change program for core systems within the Project, supported by formal and informal change management activities.
- Effectively manage and provide updates to the Change Manager and supporting project team members as key stakeholders to facilitate understanding and buy in of the project's vision of success, create alignment, and build support to deliver a topdown driven change management approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst, particularly in the utilities sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel to Darwin monthly (fully paid).
