Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in Retail/Post Office/Bank is not essential but it's a plus;
Flexibility of working at different locations(Pacific Paradise 4564 and Beerwah 4519), and additional hours is a Plus.
Experience of driving a van is a plus - we may require you to collect mails from Business customers. Not essential.
Physically fit - lift up to 16kg of mail repeatedly
Tasks & responsibilities
Performing customer sales and service transactions
Maintaining a cash advance accurately - includes handling and processing cash, cheques, and EFTPOS
Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities Accepting mail items for lodgement, and accurately assessing any applicable charges
Building rewarding relationships with business customers by understanding their needs
Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interview
Maintaining commitment to Australia Post's Occupational Health and Safety standards
15-35 hours weekly, between 8:45am - 5:15pm
