Your tasks:
- In country 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support for Australia Induction and other training Manage systems access for employees and contractors Manage local system roll outs and oversee global systems implementations Fleet management (including maintenance, compliance, data centre maintenance support, planning and budgetary management) Security Maintenance, roll out and updating of IT procedures and policies (local and global) Compliance Manage infrastructure and support for Australia based IT systems Line management of IT & Operations Support person Lead for IT business continuity (regular testing, etc) and IT disaster recovery plan Proactively maintain and monitor systems including establishing bug fixes, identifying vulnerabilities and so on
