Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech's and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.

    We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Adaptive Management Office (AMO).

    Our Adaptive Management Office (AMO) is a cross-functional team enabling Cuscal to meet strategic goals through delivery practices and agile ways of working. The Senior Reporting Analyst will lead and develop the business intelligence and data visualisation capability for the Adaptive Management Office and Executive Leadership Team. With a focus on prioritisation, delivery health and strategic alignment, the Senior Reporting Analyst willl surface insights from data to facilitate strategic decision-making.

    As the Senior Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing accurate, timely information and insights into the portfolio value being delivered to a range of stakeholder groups (including the Leadership team) to allow for informed decision making.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, shape, and incorporate their data and activities.
    • Driving and delivering improved digital based reporting by creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, Jira, SharePoint, and other tools.
    • Assessing previous trends and patterns to tie data together and ensure data integrity.
    • Identifying and developing key methodologies and reports to review the quality of data.
    • Streamlining and automating existing reports as well as analyse data to identify insights and provide recommendations.

    About You

    To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

    Essential

    • Extensive experience in reporting and analytics
    • Strong knowledge in data visualisation tools, especially Power BI
    • Ability to write DAX statements and familiarity with Power Query
    • Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
    • Strong team engagement skills.
    • Ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate project data.

    Desirable

    • Experience with Python
    • Experience working in regulated environments e.g. financial services/payments
